Got a z740 with the Mic not working.

it is a digital microphone
I would like to know which microphone from other phone would be compatible, or how I could place an analog one using resistors , etc.

After disconnecting headphone its shows headphone symbol on screen in ZTE CS 160, how can i resolve my problem
