Which Chips needs to be swapped so you can save data

I have simple question.
Iphone 5 Motherboard is dead (possibility repair) BUT I HAVE THIS QUESTION:

What chips needs to be moved from Original to Donor PCB, so you will still have all data (Iphone wasn't backed up at all) . I have my passcode, but is IT possible to move U1, U4, I think EEPROM and something else? Possible to activate, so I can recovery those data?

Did someone tried?
I don't care how but I want to rescue those data, so its not about repair but about the saving data. So no full formatting etc.

Yhank you for any thoughts. But remember, I'm not asking about fix original PCB, but about moving to the new PCB(Donor).
