Iphone 5c unlocked but still iTunes locked
 

Hello,
I bought unlocking service to my Iphone locked ATT and got the replay that unlocking is successful. iphone imei info is showing Simlock-unlocked but iTunes doesn't give me congratulation screen and showing still locked.
Please help, any ideas what to do now?

try to restore or update via itunes then input other sim

if activation success you can see that congratulations message

restored and updated no success

check gsx paid server. then you can know that your set in unlock or not. and if you again face this problem then tell me or give me screen shot. then i can help you easily
