hi,
i am facing this error after i restored manually from settings. but still facing same problem. tried over wifi and usb connection but both failed to activate it.
usb connection method reply
the iphone could not be activated because an unknown error occurred 0xe8000013,
wifi connection reply
Could Not Activate iPhone
your iphone coult not be activated besause the activation server cannot be reached. Try connectining your iphone to iTunes to activate it. or try again in a few minutes.
if this problem persists, contact Apple Support at apple.com/uk/support.
pleae Apple team tell me how to solve this problem?

Hello, sir are you able to see your imei and iccid at screen?

maybe they have problem in the ic from motherboard

Sir just download 3u tools

In that you will have an option called activate

Just connect to the tool nd Activate hope this might help you
