i think iphone 5s new version can't unlock from replace 3 chip ?
i did 2 iphone 5s replace hdd,baseband,eeprome then restore 12.1.4 show "the iphone could not be activated because the activation information could not be obtained from the device" anybody tell me we can unlock 5s by hardware

It s not possible now . After ios 10 its not possible

Yes it's possible but you need cpu also for swap just like 6s 7 7p and other new iphones
