BT MAC address could be wrong, may be you have a NAND repaired phone...

Use 3u tool to activate but you need to know icloud id an pass of the phone.I did one with success

Bro nand sn and imei are not the same thing .
Also the imei you posted is for an iPad mini (Retina) WiFi + Cellular not an iPhone 5s .

Refurbished 5s's (if they have not original NAND data) can't be activated on 11 iOs, it's a fact. You should to order GSX report for desired IMEI and compare IMEI, SN, WF mac address and phone status (ref\replaced\etc.)

sir i have iphone 6 its a refurbished..
i just erase all content and setting after that no activate..
plz tell sir can i activate it.
