iPad Air Charging very slow and only if switched off - GSM-Forum

Hi Guys,
i have an iPad Air here which charging very slow (only about 440mA) and only if Battery is empty and iPad is switched off.
When Battery have about 1% iPad starts and don´t charge anymore.
Could Tristart be faulty?

have you change the charging socket,sometimes charging socket doesnt generate enough power

No, cause Charging Port Pins are fine. Checked with Scope.

i know but change it once , sometimes this problem came through charging socket

hhm, ok
but changing ipad air dock is a lot of work. can i not check this before changing?

Charging Port changed, now it works
