PEOPLE!!!!!!

NOW IF YOU HAVE NEW IPHONE 3GS (WITH NEW BOOTROM)

WHEN YOU USE Blackra1n FOR THE UNLOCK YOU ALWAYS HAVE GOT RECOVERY MODE AFTER REBOOT !!!!

FOR NOW NO SOLUTION!!!!!

(you can use Blackra1n once again, your iphone will be activated, but when you reboot it, it will be blocked again)

You can unlock it but you need to be connected to a computer and run blackra1n again to reboot or start your phone should the battery rundown to 0. Other than that...the jailbreak was easy and flawless.

Don't make that statement...that is not true...I just unlocked a 44 serial number without any problems...

You do have to do connect to the computer to reboot your phone if you ever need to or if your battery runs down. If you consider that a problem then that is a different story but serial 44 isn't a problem to unlock or jailbreak. I just did it.

Follow the tutorial, Make sure you are actually connected to a wifi network (mine said it was connected and it wasn't) and then download and install Cydia, Rock, & Snow and you should have no issues at all.

Make sure you change your /root password once you get into your phone
