3gs has it's shsh 3.1.3 but can't restore
 

Hi all
I have 3gs mc model(new iboot) cydia says that this device has 3.1.3 back up
it's running a very buggy 3.1.2 with no wifi and no reset network option in the settings and whenever i try to restore 3.1.3 custom and 3.1.2 it won't accept them
so what to do right now

You can't restore Custom firmware in New Boot phone.

but what is the solution for having cydia installed by resn0w 0.9.2 but can't add sources so that i can download pushfix is there anyway to install it offline ? i have afc patch installed :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
