Nope, still no go. Fully updated windows, reinstalled iTunes.. Nothing. Any other suggestions?

I try to restore whith ITunes software BUT software show ( unknown error ) & can,t restored...................??????
When i press (Power + Home) phone come back in normal mode BUT not showing it,s MENU.....................??????
