[Help] iPhone 3gs 6.1.3 to 6.1.6 upgrade
 

I have an iPhone 3Gs with 6.1.3 with carrier unlock (by ultrasnow).

May i upgrade the version to 6.1.6 and use ultrasnow (again)? If you could guide me on doing this, it would be perfect.
I have new bootrom.

yes you can upgrade that in 6.1.6
jailbreak and unlock process is same as jailbreaking and unlocking 6.1.3

and also same as unthetered jailbreak 6.1.3

But there's no need to update to ipad baseband, in order to unlock the carrier?
I can't do that because i have new bootrom

i thought your phone is network unlock via ultrasnow?
