Help po 3gs downgrading problem

Hi all,

We had downgrade my iphone 3gs 6.1.6 to 6.1.3 after its done its successful but it got yellow screen and always in DFU mode..

first thing

we tried and jailbreak it and then its oky but the problem is that cydia is not working it just open but then closed instantly..

then we tried to downgrade it cause we think its not working

and thats what happen after several tries to downgrade it work but thats the problem yellow scren and its always in DFU mode..

technician check it and board and batt are okay, he said that it needs to restore to its 6.1.6 and try if it will open..

question is?

technician is right?

and what will be the possible cause of making it DFU mode always..

and it can be fix without causing lots of money?

Thanks and more power GSM...
