WhatsApp for iPhone requires iOS 8.0 or Upgrade. iPhone 4 support iOS 7.1.2 so you won’t be able to download and install it from App Store.

Simply go to the phone and download watspp and login in to your phone number

WhatsApp no longer supports the iPhone 4, as it requires iOS 10 or later to run, and the iPhone 4 can only run up to iOS 7.1.2. This means that you won't be able to sign in to WhatsApp on your iPhone 4.
