How to Identify Original Carrier

Can any one please help me get the original carrier information for this Serial Number:- 85944CM33NR

What issue i have witht his device is that its 3GS with 3.1.2 which is already unlocked and jailbrocken ( not permanant, threaded boot)

now its locked due to wrong password entry (Disabled) i can receive the calls.
Now what i want to know is how can i recover the device ithout upgrading it to 3.1.3, or is there any way i can restore it without upgrading the baseband. (5.11) Bootloader 5.12

Try many differebt ways posted in the forum to get rid of this problem but no luck.

Can anyone please help me get put of this problem.

I m really sorry to say that we cant restore custome firmware to remain on 5.11 BB version...We will get error 1604 etc....The only way is to try with iphone explorer or browser and delete "Keychains.db" Otherwise the only way is to restore with official firmware and we will lose unlock possibility.....As i think there is no way to check orignal carrier as its disabled now and phone is open for all carriers's....

But let me please tell you i have already the things you are suggesting but no success. you should have read my post well.
And there are possibilities to check what was the original carrier of the Iphone but unfortunately i have lost the link.

Now is there anyone could get me this information so that i use the alternate solution SHSH from Cydia fake server.

I already have this list but this is carrier id and i dont know how is it useful.
I've given you the serial number and wanted to know the Original carrier.
This list is not useful at all for me.

Please give something thing worthwhile.

If you have your iPhone 3gs with bb of 5.11 and version 3.1.2 do a back up first of shsh.
And afaik you can simply restore it with the same version of 3.1.2 In iTunes, and jailbreak it with redsnow 9.4 and unlock it with no wifi unlocker..
