i got Iphone 3gs for iphone disabled connect itunes

i connect it with itunes with recovery mode then itunes download firmware iPhone2,1_6.1.3_10B329_Restore.ipsw
and restore with this firmware
after when i start iphone phone unable to activate

then i do jailbreak redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 chose iPhone2,1_6.0_10A403_Restore.ipsw ..

install cydia
put into dfu mode .
install ipad bassband
just boot
downgrade ipad bassband
just boot

but still no service

so please help me
how i fix signal
or how i downgrade IOS 4. 1 or 5.1

I also try get help from videos from youtube but youtube dissable here in pakistan i try with Hotspot Shield but videos not run

first you have to know you have old boot room or new if you have old boot rom then restore with 4.1 then open latest redsnow and check on downgrade baseband then restore with 6.1.3 then jailbreak with latest redsnow and only check on cydia!! or if you have new boot rom then restore with 4.1 and then jailbreak with latest redsnow and check cydia and install ipad baseband!!

or after all of this thing unlock via ultrasnow or other unlock via cydia!!

Finally solve

downgrade ios 4.1
jailbreak with redsnow
instal Cydia
instal Baseband
then

download UltraSn0w 1.2.8 & MobileSubstrate 0.9.3999.6.rar
use DiskAid
>var >root >media >Cydia >AutoInstall
then copy these files in AutoInstall folder.
Restart ur phone twice n done

Use redsn0w to boot ur phone when u restart it.
