iphone 3gs stuck on apple logo after reset...?

i have iphone 3gs version 3.1.2. which was working perfectly..
i had made erase all content in reset option...
after that my phone get han on apple logo...

i tried to restore it with same version 3.1.2 3gs.. but it gives me error..
can any one tell how get my phone in working condition...?
