iPhone Freeze on Apple Logo. Do u have any idea? - GSM-Forum

hi friends. Iphone Freeze on Apple Logo. Customer said: another gsm service worked for write imei.
i think BL is not supporting imei write. how can repair this phone? it isnt entering Recovery Mode.I cant power off iPhone. Pressing to power button but still on apple logo. do u have any idea ?

Disconnect you phone from your pc leaving the wire connected to your phone not your pc.
open itunes
hold sleep wake button + home button until your screen goes blank...
let go of sleep wake button and continue to hold home while plugging back into pc... should take about 15-30sec and itunes will see your phone in restore mode

IF THIS NOT WORKING

Try rebooting you phone by plugging it into the charger & turn wall socket on
AND SEARCH FORUM

thanks for quickly answer malikkk. iPhone is recovery mode now. Do u have any idea for restore this iPhone without iTunes? cos if i update it with iTunes User Data will be erased. i*******r dont want erase user data. Thanks for your answer.

IMEI Change is Supported,but Only *#06# IMEI - Real IMEI in Seczone Cant be changed
