Problem with Iphone
 
hi today i got an Iphone and doestn work ok the LCD i mean i cant slide to unlock or enter user code but i can slide to power off i dont know if its a LCD damage...my customer sayd his Iphone falled to the floor...any idea about thsi problem...pliz advice

Try restoring the iPhone using iTunes if it doesnt work then definatly LCD problem...........

Hi i will try it but wich firmware is better for restor if i dont know wich firmware it has?1.1.1 or 1.0.2 wich one i should use?

first check your firmware and modem version.
if its down then 4.xx.xx
then no problem use itunes and press "shift button" then use v1.0.2 or v1.0.1 to flash it.
then use ibricker to out phone from boot mode.

"ps: i think your phone LCD problem so you should check hardware before try in software.

OK i had restored it and have same problem its display damage i will replace it
