how do use this method of activation?

im a total n00b to this stuff and never used a hex editor before, i tried to follow the method on http://iphone.fiveforty.net/wiki/ind...vation_Methods

but dont know what it means when it ses, Do the same for the rest two offsets.

can someone please help me
