I do all things for unlocking iphone 3GS but not done ;there is an other solution? jailbreak for this phone not done ;ultrasnow ;psixsp...not done

you need to be more specific about detail , if you want help about unlocking an old phone.
tell us the condition of phone
whats the baseband version
which process you used to jailbreak your phone.
is your phone on tethered or untethered jb.
