only if someone works on it.... probably there is a bug but we dont know... teams like dev-team, chronic-dev, and etc. and geohot are mostly from US and european countries and they find changing imei illegal..

Hey Bontek

I have a blacklisted iPhone 3G and I followed your tutorial and it's not working. I mean like, it gets signal on Virgin, but whenever I try to make a call or send a text it won't work. so, please bontek, could you help me out please. plus, if you say, re-do the tutorial, I already re-done the tutorial more than 5 times

When a mobile phone is blocked by imei, it's only blocked for one network, so if it is unlocked, u can always work with it on others networks.

Certainly your iPhone is blocked by IMEI for Virgin network. Sure it will work fine one others networks!

Why you are so sure it is a IMEI block? Could be a H/W problem... I say this because thats no possible to chane imei on iPhone.

To test if imei is really blocked, try to put that imei on other mobile, a Nokia for example and test it!
