It is not unnecessary. Many of customers (more than 50) was requested this update!!! :)

but more then 500 user want unlock solution sir... may be this is necessary but unlock is more important.. may be new model not supported. but old u must add

Activation charge not needed. If you are an old IR-Key user, then you can download and use IR-Key Suite 5.

For unlock and imei, XTC2 or GCProKey is the solution

we need sim unlock s-off not this please open your eyes and learn some things from XTC2 team and its normal we accept copy past but give us some thing we needed

Not needed. Just install version 5.0.00 and then update the software. but do not install that in root of drive (this is very important)

Guys, why You're so fretful? They Give You many options to work with HTC phones. I know They can't give You S-Off solution, but You must know HTC has one of the best security on the market, it's not easy to brake this. Anyway, for S-Off is very good and really chep device on market. Just buy it and make money. Use clip to unlock security and IR for next steps. IR supporters can focuse for other things now, like file support etc.
And copy-paste is not acceptable like some people think here.

I aggree your comments. Realy s-off is very hard to do and needs a seprated project. But It's not needed, because another products like XTC2Clip and java card can do that and we must support another options. It is the best strategy. I know our team also can do s-off, but It is not needed and we are focusing on another options and save our R&D time!
