what is this ??? yesterday i use box normaly !!!!!!!

Try to use good and stable USB cable

same pb with other usb cabel on other port

same here..i think our pc have full/may malwares/viruses,espicially when we used crack tools.

tried in my other clean 2 laptops, there's no problem. ;)

this problem is due to low supply on the box. try in other usb port dont use usb hubs. or else try on other pc

i change win xp to fresh win 7 pack1 change other pc but same pb i have an old ufs with hwk inside and it work perfectly

im from algeria, you give warenty ok cool but here resseler didn't do so :(

Ask seller that sold you box.
Only person that sold you box can exchange it.
If he/she/shop is on official ressaler list you never should got any problem at all.
