FS Control Panel will not OPEN... been trying 3 days...

I installed UFS drivers on Windows 10 64-bit, then ran the latest control panel 2.3.0.9 and when i click to open the UFS_Panel_2.3.0.9.exe, it does nothing. UFS control panel simply does not open

UFS Box is detected in Device Manager and lights are on, but no matter what i do, Control Panel will not open. I tried older versions 0.7 and 0.8, but none will open. I double-click the exe, there is nothing in task manager and i even tried run with Admin rights, none work.

Can someone else, i have spent 3 days trying to get this to work....
