Hello

You cant Unlock This Model With using com,
do this steps to successfully unlock this model

• cover battery BSI(middle point between + AND - battery point)
• dial on mobile *#0808# and Select DM+MODEM+ADB
• connect rj45 to mobile
• select RJ45 in comm port
• finally click on UNLOCK
• done

as SM-G361H is SPRD (SpreadTrum) platform, don't need do nothing, except:
1. Restart phone
2. [Refresh] Ports and use USB, not RJ45
3. Press [Unlock]

not make any [Mobile Info] or other functions
