Ufst installation need help...
 

good day to all.. ihave a problem with my ufst after i open the panel and update the box i got this error...

Open Eyes , and use the Last Version from UFSPanel 2.3.0.4

And Read Sticky Threads

I've already downloaded the latest version but still same problem...

same problem, no one productsupporter answered all been hide,even they answer only said return your box to reseller just it.

Waiit I will upload my screenshot, my UFST was in my shop,I never can autorized my ufst with new setup

Just scan box>check box in panel & post log here.Hide box details before post.

Firmware failed:2.Please send box to reseller.

Hwk: Not authorised, use update tool

Other PC Win XP ALL OK. Update box, tools, etc.

Win7/64
Update ok

but the run any tool (samsung, DCTxBB5, etc.) authorised error

Scan Box>check box>check server>install
Press install button even it show no new item to install to authorised the software.

...no new item>select all>install>authorised error

Delete sarassoft folder>Scan Box>check box>check server>install>authorised error

Please solution
