How do I say hello and introduce myself - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have just joined the forum and I get the
"Our records indicate that you have never posted to our site before! Why not make your first post today by saying hello to our community in our Introductions forum. "

I tried looking, but cannot seem to find the "Introductions Forum".
So how do I say hello and Introduce myself as a newbie on the block?
