T-Mobile USA CLEAN & Finance - bad bad bad [ Answered By Support ]

hello support and hello everyone here
first thing i want to knew why i have to use your services if u are not give me agood service .
i have aproblem here and i want from support give me the answers about it
i submited order : T-Mobile USA CLEAN & Finance - 6+ ,6 ,5s ,5c and untel sumbit it show me Delivery Time : 3-20 days and i agree about it and submited it .
i did it on 1/1/2017 and today is 3/2/2017 are u knew what is mean
its mean is 1 month and 3 days left . delayed is 13 days . and more more more time speak with support on telegram sea my meeseags and no one replay to me . what can i do with my custmer about his order . i can wait more time i want answers now because its to much
please we care about u and we want to take agood service . thx and i hope to see my post and give me Solution .

i understand well your situation and conditions as well

BUT if you SEE THE FACT Why order delayed its very simple

Everyone KNOWS WELL 24 Dec @016 To 6 Jan 2017 ALL APPLE WAS OFF

Order processed in this time went DELAYED Because its just not processed

as you think you sent mean Source Processed , 6th JAN They back but most work started 9th JAN because again weekend it was if you check you can see
also the fact ,

AND Service For this network normally takes 20 days for this service , they count working days as well as FINANCED Device also takes time a little longer

i already sent to source for check , as soon as back i back to you here with
answer from source

No worries for Language , as client we some time suffer too and happened

i already email source for the results as soon as possible

other IMEIS are done as well but they were in clean only not in financed service

anyway as soon as i get answer i back you on server and here
