softbank unlock problem

I apologize for bringing the subject here, but I haven't received any satisfying answer for my problem with you.
I asked for opening a network for 47 iPhone 5 devices, you said the network is working successfully, but upon experiment we found out that it didn't really work. When we activated the SIM, it gave us a Softbank network file!

The Saudi Network doesn't work. It gives me a "no service" response.
You told me that you do not take responsibility because the system tells us that the network was opened.

I thought you were right, so I tried another patch with another server and it opened successfully. The same brand, the same model, and the same company.

It's working without a problem.

I want a solution. My client brought the police and threatened me that either I open the devices correctly or he wants his money back.

I put my problem here hoping to find a satisfying solution, I hope you solve the problem or give us the money back.

I apologize again for bringing the issue here, but I just want what's rightfully mine, no more.

Hi,
we can only refund if IMEI is still locked. No idea why some IMEIs no network in saudi arabia and why some does have as we already explained You on email.

If the problem is in 1 device,10 or 20 not a problem

But the problem is all devices you unlock

Another devices we sent to someone else , unlocked and works good

Why ?

You can not actually unlock the devices

Please refund the money or the full details will be forwarded to the concerned authorities and the people will be informed of the truth of your server

Hi again,
we are sorry this happened but we already expained everything to You.
This service is used for SIM UNLOCK, and you got all phones SIM UNLOCKED - please check GSX Next tether Activation Policy, it is "Unlock" for all IMEIs.

And even knowing that we tried to help You and contacted source many times to check if he is familiar with problem.
Don't know what can else we can do, You paid to unlock phones and You got it, no idea why some of them won't connect to network.

Customer Take 20 devices and Send 18 imei to another server for confirmation





On 12/05/2017 was unlocked



The devices are now working without problems



What does this mean?

Now I am asking for a refund money of 18 devices
