Alcatel OT-983 Unlock Code - GSM-Forum

Hello All,

Does anyone know how to unlock the Alcatel OT-983? I have searched high and low and even tried my local market/phone shops but nobody seems to know the unlocking codes!

It is currently locked to o2 and I was told when I purchased 2 of them (one for me one for daughter) that they are unlocked... She is on o2 anyway so not a problem there! Although I am on Virgin Media and really frustrated I was lied to...

O2 Refuse to unlock it as I haven't been with them for more than 12 months!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
