no it's a simply ver 13.04 and tried all known clips and sw even pemaster 2.17!!

use evolution in V 14 mode.

If it's F0.13.04 you can unlock it with Pemaster or Motokey

I think he's speakin' about DB.13.04. Not work with Pemaster
