3310e Orange unlock possible without cable? - GSM-Forum

I've been doing a lot of investigation in to unlocking a friends' 3210e and have come up with a few things. I have found some unlocking software, but I suspect it may only work for DCT-4 phones and the 3210e is a DCT-3. I checked a few forum posts on the net and got the impression that Orange uses more than 1 lock and that the software you can use to unlock them only does the first one, making it pointless on an Orange locked phone.

Can someone confirm whether I should keep looking for some way to get an unlock code for free or if I should splash out on the MBUS cable and do the job myself?

Post your imei on dct3 codes request.
