Why unfair, it's a way to make all forumers particicpate for the benefit of all.
All of us have made the same.

Lot of forums give code to anybody and people even give no aswer after they got the code, that's unfair !

Why do you think its unfair? i agree i used to but then look how many people join just to get there phone unlocked and dont contribute anything at all. So it may seem unfair but its not and theres nothing to stop you going to your local shop and paying £10 that way you wont have to wait 45 days will you.
