Option 1 - Model: Huawei E960
1. Open Windows Hyperterminal
2. You must set com port on modem (Huawei Mobile Connect - 3G Modem)
3. Type the following command : AT^CARDLOCK=[unlock code]
4. Validate by pressing Enter.




Option 2 - Model: Huawei E960
For this method you will need to update the dongle with an unbranded version of it's software
You can download a version from here

1. Connect your dongle to your PC
2. Download, unzip and launch this program to help load the unlock code - Huawei-Dongle-Loader.zip
3. Enter your unlocking code into the input box and press enter
4. Your dongle should now be unlocked.
