Why is there no prompt on my software on how to enter the unlock code you just gave me? How do I enter it? There's no space or whatsoever. Sorry. I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks

someone provided me code composed of 12 digits but the phone ask me a NP code with only 8 digits ! What can I do to enter 12 digits, please ?

I also tried these *983*8284# or ###825*09#, but does not work. The phone tries to make a call, then the error message appears "Emergency Calls Only"
