What you should do i read fields 0 and 5709, with sagemdoctor and post here...

You may have to first of all set the phone baud to maybe 19200, its easier if you have either the original sim for the phone or mototrola testcard..either allows you to get into the phone menu and you can then set the baud in data parameter menu..

It becomes easier to read fields with sagemdr and other free software.
