Hi Everybody!

I could really use some help with unlocking a Motorola T191 phone.
The thing is I bought it on the net (The guy who sold it 2 me said that it was unlocked) and it turned out that it's locked.

The reason why I bought this used phone was cuz I just lost my job and my parents _(whom I havn't seen for 3 years) are coming to visit me in Denmark and I wanted them to have a phone while they were here so that I could get in touch with them. I'm also paying for their planr tickets and am therefore almost broke. I don't have the money 2 buy cables and have a MAC computer so I can't use any software.

Could some generous soul help me???

I dunno how to check the software version?

Do you need more info?

Hey my man. You can download a lot of free stuff for your motorola T191 or T190 whatever and the cable it's just to simple. So make your way to www.chavalgsm.com and download the free unlocker and build your cable. Check the version first. *#300#

I didnt write it for you to feel sorry for me. More so that you knew that I was doing this with NO commercial intentions. But thnx anyway. See the thing is that the software is for PC and I only have Apple/Macintosh.

So Sure. The cable looks simple enough. But how the heck do I get the Soft working...??? Don't tell me to install soft-windows cuz I've tried it but it keeps f***ing up.

So, what do you suggest I do?

I checked the phone soft and it's 1.78.

HELP. Any ideas?
