your fone could have been issued anywhere in europe, skandinavia, baltics, asia, and so on, so best bet is unlock shop
as for the extra digit, you only supplied with 14 digit, we need 15, i worked out what the 15th would be

foncellar is right the phone is coming from Orange UK and your IMEI is wrong
