This is no ploblem to "calculate"

Yes, code calculating for DF4,5F is very sample, but hrco code or ID is wrong.

OK Then i correct me :-) They all have 03317X IDs. No problem, to find (as you already told)

083A23033435150630 -> 033170FF37F5 and
083A23033435238303 -> 033170FFBB6F

But you have to know the lock-level (now i call the uncrypted databyte of 251 lock level) of the phone. In this case its 41. Thats easy.
But as i know, there are more than
41,01 -> locked
00 -> never locked / unlocked
40 -> unlocked
And if you don't know these, it might be hard to find the (correct) ID only from field 191/251

My experience and knowledge proved- not need to know in advance lock level for Sagem with 03317xxxxxxx ID.
However you can see in Sagem phones only(?) 4 different lock level.

hrco's ID is OK.

Code is wrong. Correct code is 23956607-21
