Member: 2881982 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I have been going round and round with AT&T and Apple for 2 weeks. I even got this phone 6S Plus replaced by Apple Store at 9pm last night with another iPhone 6S Plus to try and get it unlocked. Apple says ATT has it locked, ATT says Apple needs to release the IMEI to ATT so that it shows up as an ATT device. I attempt an online unlock. Each time it says: "Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device. Try entering it again. Dial *#06# on your mobile phone to make sure you have the right IMEI." Please help me unlock this phone that was purchased from Apple, but locked on ATT. iPhone 6S Plus IMEI 358610071943470 |

Contact AT&T support. Or use paid service. Don't have another solution. | |
