Here are your unlock instructions: Your unlock code is: 20941397 Once you have received the email confirming AT&T has approved your unlock request, follow these instructions to complete the unlock for your device. Five unsuccessful unlock attempts permanently locks the device to the AT&T network. 1. Insert a non-AT&T SIM card into the phone. 2. Press and hold the Power button. After the phone turns on, enter the SIM network unlock PIN when prompted. 3. Tap the blank PIN field and the onscreen keyboard will appear. 4. Enter the unlock code, and then tap Unlock. 5. You will see the message, "SIM Network unlocked," on Fire phone. 6. You will then be taken to the Home screen. The device is successfully unlocked. | |
