if so it may have reset your imei number to 000000000000000. if this is the cade then what willhave happended is that all the sim cards you put in will not be able to register with the network because the network will think it's blacklisted. T-mobile for some reason let the sim register but that's about it. *#06# will tell you if your imei has been altered. failing that the network could have black listed your handest for some other reason. the only way to 'un' black list your handset is to change the imei number but be aware that it is illegal in england (not scotland as far as i know though) and can land you 5 years in the clink, I believe although not 100% sure that the networks can detect handsets that are using imei numbers thatweren't originally assigned to them when manufactured | |

Member: 715476 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Thanks but IMEI has not been reset. It wont accept the code #*7337#. If I put any sim in it says SIM LOCK but accepts T-Mobile tho it used to be on Orange. My level of lock is weird too...It locks to T-Mobile but calls are not allowed so service is restricted on it.. |
