I Have an apple wath series 3 celluler [42mm] i want to remove passcode without phone pls help me with key combination reset thnks

Did you tried with itunes?

iTunes does not support apple watches.

It´s to easy:

Press power button few second and see in screen POWER OFF option.

Press POWER OFF option for few moments and see Erase all content and settings.

Press and wait ^^

How to reset your Apple Watch if you forgot your passcode
Put your watch on its charger and keep it there until you complete these steps.
Press and hold the side button until you see Power Off.
Press and hold the Digital Crown until you see Erase all content and settings.
Tap Reset, then tap Reset again to confirm.

but log in too icloud and erase iwatch ... like any other device if you knw icloud
