Hi,

Its not a bug!!!! SCH-I545 not support remove samsung account lock directly

Supported Samsung Reset Reactivation Lock / FRP Lock for S6, S6+, NOTE 5, G9198, A8, G15x, G361x, G531x, G903x, J2, J5, J7, T35x, T55x, T715x, T81x series phone!

You can try solve problem as follow way:

Way 1.
1. Write Default EFS
2. Repair IMEI
3. Repair Network (or Write QCN)

Way 2. Remove account lock via OTG cables

1. Put apk file in memory card & connect OTG cable.
2. Click "All" > "UsbDriveA" and install apk file.
3. Phone will goto settings after run this apps.
4. Click "Account" > "Add account" and then add a working Samsung account (or add Google for google lock).
5. Enable "Reactivation lock" and then disable lock.
6. Reboot phone

P/S:
1). This method only for which device supported OTG function;
2). Download apk file from bst support site (You are here: Root / Samsung_SW / !SUPPORTS / Bypass-Samsung-Account-Google-lock /)
