BST dongle. Can't scan the Samsung smartphone - GSM-Forum

Good day.
This is my first thread.

I have a Samsung S7 with android 8 and binary number:4.
I already root the smartphone.
The Z3X don't support Android 8.

But with BST i have problems.
Can me help someone!!!!!!!!!!!
