BST DONGLE update problem

GOOD DAY bst team

my bst dongle is always failed to update firmware
i try to other computer but it's same problem
i try with other internet connection but it's same problem
i try old version and new version but it's same problem
i also try reformat my computer but it's same problem
i try update again in other day but it's same problem

please help me team ineed to open this software
because ihave a phone and only BST DONGLE can fix this problem of my costomer cellphone

Disable antivirus and try again , also re check your net connection.

yes already disable my antivirus bit it's same problem
i also try reformat my computer and i cannot install the antivirus but it's same problem

i try change my internet connection 4 times but it's same problem
i also try to update my bst dongle to other computer but it's same problem
