Member: 2501904 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | No solution. No answer from support. There are pc's on which bst dongle just does not work. Probably drivers incompatibility. I tried 3 OS: WinXP SP3, Win7 x86 and x64 on the same pc with the same result - blue screen and pc shuts up after pressing scan button on samsung tab. My solution: I bought another old PC with WinXP SP3, installed bst sw on it and there it works. If you find another solution, pls let me know |
