Goto accessibility option which is available on the first screen where you select language.

.then goto Text to speech option..
then from the settings goto Install voice data and try to download any language..

It will ask you to enter samsung account details...Enter your own samsung account details.

.once the download is complete. (strating no need to complete downloading )

.go back to screen where it was showing abnormal factory reset adn then enter your samsung account

N900 Remove Samsung account done by BST dongle its like magic , But today I got a N9005 is it supported or not ? if supported so why I m failing to remove Samsung account plz explain ,

Hello, I,m having the same problem, I bought Note 3 (n9005) with locked samsung account, after a lot of searches I founded this best smart tool o buyed dongle from official resseler, I made step by step like in video, it wroted: unlock.......ok but after restarting mobile it still ask me...i din.t try to flash or something else...it was just wipe data/hard reset. I saw in video that Note 3 its with android 4.3......probabli mine is 4.4.2....is it posible to make downgrade and to try again? I really need help, i,m young in mobile world...

samsung account remove unlock ok shows but after that it remains same .asking for account id & pass.
