i9300 no network after 4.3

HII ALL plz i have problem with my phone s3 i9300 after i flash 4.3 i lost my network and i try downgread to 4.1.2 and 4.1
no network
no imei
no backup
just tell me from where i can start
i don't know what i have to do plz help

if you only read sticky post you will got solution any way follow these steps
1. root your phone
2. write default EFS
3. repair your IMEI
if all good no need do any thing if imei ok and no signal then write super imei
