8190 not registered on network help plz?

i have problem i have 8190 not register on network and i try to repair the imei but it not work i give the same imei and sam s/n of the phone and when i press writ it seems like this

first root your phone with other tools and try again for imei repair but remeber for network problem imei repair not work this problem happened after change or repair imei and solotion is to read efs from working phone and write it on damage phone
